Meditations:

Business

Focus on one thing at a time. This week getting supplier relationships in order.

Keep time log and calculate efficiency ratio at end of week

List all products and later start working on the proprietary product once a clear winner is determined

Follow Suster’s advice. Build out this business then hire a partner.

Dont fall in love with your ideas. Test. Test. Test!

If it takes less than 2 minutes. Just fuckin do it.

(5) 90 minute work sprints per day. Think of it like football practice. Leave nothing undone each day.

Fitness

Make sure to eat whole grains and slow digesting carbs. Forget about carb loading. 6 meals.. spaced out. Cut out dairy. Find some casein to take before bed.

Switch to the swim focused triathlon plan. Swim on Wed, Sat, Sunday mornings. Swim at the Costa Mesa 24 on weekends. Check out Mission Viejo lake for open swimming sessions. Test out the waters.

Listen to audiobook when weightlifting, running, and biking only. Be mindful when in car, walking, and routine tasks.

Spiritual

Be nonattached, nonresistant, nondefensive. Be compassionate.

Find a Zen center

Learn more about Vedanta, Contemplative Christianity, Neurobio, Quantum Physics, Philosophy of science, Neuroethics

Establish routine for meditating. Formless meditation -> form based meditation (breath, sound, sensory) -> mantra
