Recap: -The important company formation stuff is done, thank god -Wrote tons of content -Did some SEO and a lot of other internet marketing. Hired new employees overseas to do IM -Finished Joy of Living book and Zorba the Greek. Going to read 1 book + 1 audio book a week. -Ready to start the real 16 week triathlon training plan after 2 weeks of priming. Sunday Planning – July 11
Recap: Doing the catalina sprint tri. I’ve decided. Started training monday. Shaved head Lifts went down this week. Blaming it on the extra cardio. Gotta find a new weightlifting plan. Volume training aint gona cut it. Found out I am terrible at swimming. Evening runs at the park are awesome. Playing the waiting game until all the legal stuff goes through. Week of July 5
Recap -Talked to manufacturers for cleantech project. -Filed LLC. Need to get licenses and LLC # in about a month. File for state license. -Got CC MU website up and running. Now need to start evangelizing the shit out of it. -Added good content to the email list -Crazy bbq weekend. Ask Quynh to bum off her beachhouse. -Started training for sprint triathlon.
