Week of July 5

Recap

-Talked to manufacturers for cleantech project.

-Filed LLC. Need to get licenses and LLC # in about a month. File for state license.

-Got CC MU website up and running. Now need to start evangelizing the shit out of it.

-Added good content to the email list

-Crazy bbq weekend. Ask Quynh to bum off her beachhouse.

-Started training for sprint triathlon.

Things to keep in mind:

-BE PRODUCTIVE!!!!!!!!!

-Make 90 day goals

-Work in 90 minute blocks. Think of it like a 5 round fight. Batch important tasks.

-Triage. Throw out things that waste time ie: talks, books, etc. No charlie rose, foratv, youtube this month.

-Experiment with different time management techniques.

-When resting, dont think about business.

-No computer after 630 PM

-Find somewhere to swim openwater. or swim out and around a small jetty.

-Get road bike.

-Eat a salad everyday

-Rethink strength training schedule. Cut it down to 2-3days/week. Almost passed the eff out talking to Tommy Tuesday. Carb bonk.

-Listen to audiobooks on runs/bike rides
