1. Bracketing and reduction – Suspending beliefs and theories about the things we experience
2. Intimacy and Intuition – Straightforward seeing of what is in front of us
3. Descriptives – Describing the experience in a way that is straightforward to others

I’ll use Shinzen’s three criteria for determining qualitative state.
