Genome Browser
I’ve been spending a lot of time playing with bioinformatics tools. I’ve been working with “jbrowse” a javascript genome browser, for my thesis project. Going to add more annotation tracks really soon. Check it out. Also been working with Hadoop, in order to become a better data scientist.
